Health Kinesiology has made such a positive difference to my health and my life. I discovered Health Kinesiology because of my own ill health and was relieved by the improvements I experienced, so much so, I decided to give up my job as a senior manager and retrain. I have been practicing since 2005 and I am still amazed and encouraged by the results my clients receive from a Health Kinesiology session. Grief, stress, anxiety, lack of confidence, exhausted and overwhelmed are sadly the most common emotional aspects we encounter in everyday life as we try to get through each day, leading to physical and emotional exhaustion. I also work with clients who have terminal illness, supporting them in their transition to end of life, finding ways to enhance and find resolution in their remaining days.
